Website terms
Operational draft · effective upon public launch
Informational use and published pricing
This site describes an automation and software-engineering practice, standard fee ranges, and a channel to request assessment. It is not advice, a binding offer, a warranty, an uptime commitment, or an agreement to access, modify, deploy, or operate any system. Final architecture, interfaces, scope, fee, schedule, support, service levels, and acceptance tests exist only in an authorized written agreement.
Engagement and production authority
No services, confidentiality duty, access right, credential request, production authority, deployment approval, or client relationship exists until the appropriate written agreements and access plans are executed. Assessment acknowledgements confirm receipt only. Atlas may recommend redesign, configuration, a commercial platform, internal work, another provider, a smaller scope, or no automation.
Your materials and pre-existing IP
You retain ownership of the materials and intellectual property you are authorized to submit. You grant Atlas only a limited right to use submitted material to evaluate and respond to the request. Ownership and permitted use of custom source, configuration, prompts, models, data products, documentation, third-party components, client adaptations, and background technology are defined in the signed engineering agreement.
Ghost Atlas intellectual property
Atlas Automation Systems and Ghost Atlas names, marks, visual systems, Estate architecture, software, schemas, methods, protocols, prompts, agent designs, operating concepts, and original content remain protected to the extent available under law. Site access grants no right to copy, scrape for reconstruction, reverse engineer, train on, commercialize, sublicense, or create derivative implementations from protected Estate materials.
Acceptable use
Do not probe protected interfaces without written authorization, bypass access controls, interfere with service, submit malicious material, impersonate an authority, attempt unauthorized security testing, or use intake and API surfaces for unsolicited automation.
Launch condition
These terms are an operational draft. Legal entity, governing law, venue, notices, warranties, limitations, data-processing terms, security addenda, service levels, open-source policy, and final counsel review must be completed before custom-domain production launch.
